I was browsing on the USJTF forum and noticed that the avatars had ribbons on them to distinguish their actions on and off the field. What I was thinking was that maybe we should make those physical as opposed to virtual. I think that would be a good way to motivate player to go out and improve themselves as players out on the field.

That's one thing I'm already working on. But my only set back is that we need to agree on every rank...since it will come with its responsibilities.
